posh club's lounge was a lifesaver! it was quiet, it had premium imported drinks, 24/7 snacks, and an very nice breakfast. reda, our butler, was our personal wizard! he was proactive and solved everything. haytham, the restaurant manager, ensured excellent service. abd el halim, a waiter, was always smiling and attentive.
My room was showing slight signs of wear. I noticed minor scuffs on the furniture.

The international restaurant offered good variety. Basilico italian restaurant had great taste. posh club cuisine was fantastic and dedicated. i found myself eating almost every meal there. The food was AMAZING!!!

There were mini golf, tennis, table tennis, and billiards facilities. the swimming pools were numerous and well supervised. the reef is like swimming in an aquarium. Loads of sunbeds are available. i really liked that!!!

the resort is conveniently close to the airport. it offered easy access to various attractions (the hotel provided shuttle service). the immediate surroundings featured well kept gardens.

I enjoyed the various pools available. The beach offered direct access to snorkeling. The room was cleaned daily and to a high standard.
The food quality was not consistent in the main restaurant. I found the coffee from the machine undrinkable. Clearing tables in the buffet area seemed slow at times, it was a negative point.

the abhyangam, stress away indian massage was epic i felt great relief. mr hassan and ms salwa were amazing in making our stay excellent. their professionalism and attention to detail.
the food was generally good i think the service could improve for a better guest experience.

the gardens are well maintained they have a beautiful design and landscape. there are several pools available some are heated. the coral reef access with a private jetty is a great feature for snorkeling.

the hotel has multiple restaurants offering varied dining experiences. the breakfast station includes an eggs station that serves many plates quickly. there is a soft drink machine outside of the restaurant so guests can get drinks themselves.

the staff are very kind and always available. guest relations are at a high level and the reception staff is excellent. there are lifeguards in attendance at the pools and by the sea ensuring safety .
